• Membership Term – Membership is valid for 12 months from the enrollment date.

• Free Tows – Includes 2 local tows per year, up to 15 miles each. Additional mileage is billed at the member rate.

• Free Roadside Service – Includes 1 service per year: jump start, lockout, fuel delivery, or tire change. Fuel cost and replacement parts are not included.

• Member Discount – Receive 20% off eligible towing and roadside services. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

• Priority Dispatch – Members receive priority over non-members, subject to driver availability, location, traffic, and weather conditions.

• Benefit Use – Benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over to the next membership year.

• Exclusions – Winching, recovery, storage, impound fees, tolls, accident cleanup, and specialty or heavy-duty towing are not included.

• No Enrollment Fee – No additional enrollment or activation fee is required.
