Membership Term – Membership is valid for 12 months from the enrollment date.

Free Tows – Includes 4 free local tows per year, up to 25 miles each. Additional mileage will be billed at the member rate.

Member Discount – Receive 30% OFF all eligible towing and roadside services. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

First-Priority Dispatch – Members receive first-priority dispatch ahead of all other service calls, subject to driver availability, weather, traffic, and road conditions.

Free Roadside Services – Includes 2 free roadside service calls annually, valid for jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, or tire changes. Fuel cost and replacement parts are not included.

Free Vehicle Storage – Includes 48 hours of free vehicle storage per covered tow. Additional storage time will be billed at the standard rate.

Locked-In Member Pricing – Members enjoy consistent, locked-in pricing during the active membership term.

No Enrollment Fee – No enrollment or activation fee is required to join.

Benefit Use – Membership benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over into the next membership year.

Exclusions – Winching, recovery, accident cleanup, impound fees, tolls, specialty towing, heavy-duty towing, and additional labor are not included unless otherwise stated.
